WHOEVER will be elected as Jakarta’s new governor in August will find a colossal task awaiting him: preventing floods.
This will be complicated, particularly since one of the causes of the flooding is not in the capital, but in Puncak, which is administered by the Bogor regency and West Java provincial governments.
