THE war of words and mutual recrimination between Forestry Minister Malam Sambat Kaban and Chief of Police General Sutanto should not be allowed to continue, especially given their constant bickering over illegal logging, a serious matter that has become a government priority. The two institutions should be on the same side, not openly trading accusations and suspicions.
