IT really seems insane in the House of Representatives (DPR). The ordinary feels strange. At least, this is the case if the statement by Saut P. Hutagalung is to be believed. Referring to the parliamentarians, the head of the information center at the Maritime Affairs & Fisheries Department, said: “We are treated like strangers if we don’t give money…”
