The new tolls for the Jakarta Outer Ring Road are unfair. The government must improve the public transportation system.

WE can understand if road tolls need to be raised. Toll roads are managed by private companies which need to make a profit, so regular tariff changes must reflect that. This is mandated by a 2004 law that allows toll road companies to raise tolls twice a year in line with inflation.
