The investigation into public officials allegedly receiving gratuities must be completed. Also needed are regulations penalizing businessmen for giving gifts to officials.

THE seeds of corruption, no matter how small, must be uprooted and destroyed, as early as possible. Therefore, the initiative of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to investigate some 30 officials who allegedly accepted gratuities needs our support.
