THE news must have shocked hundreds of thousands of parents and prospective students wanting to go to university. The national association of higher education has split into two. As a result, university entrance examinations for new students are no longer centralized. The two sides will organize separate tests. Aside from the inefficiency, this will cause problems for prospective students.
