AFTER 10 years of reforms, an unrecognizable monster seems to have taken over at Senayan. Its rippling muscles and bright eyes exude a kind of arrogance, making the green-roofed building where it lives increasingly unfriendly. In short, the House of Representatives (DPR) seems to have transformed into an uncontrollable force.
