THERE are two tragic aspects to the recent much-publicized bribery scandal by Bank Indonesia to members of the House of Representatives.
Firstly, in this nation, it seems that corruption can be practiced in a polite way, jocularly, and even disguised to appear in the form of a ceremony. If corruption can be equated as something evil, like murder, the perpetrators might resemble characters in a mafia movie, in which killers do their jobs cold blood
