THE General Elections Commission (KPU) has come under a storm of criticism, deservedly so. It’s tardiness in completing technical guidelines, the inaccuracies in the list of voters and the chaotic roster of legislative candidates, with several candidates listed in two electoral regions, are justifiable causes for censure.
