IN facing the swine influenza threat, the government seems to be learning a lot from previous avian flu cases. Anticipating is the right thing do, but there is certainly no harm in continuously reminding all concerned to be on the alert. This is understandable, given that the deadly virus originating from Mexico spread to dozens of countries in a short time and could even reach Indonesia.
