BOMBS exploded at two hotels in Jakarta two weeks ago. Nine people are known to have died and around 60 were injured. Not yet known is who was responsible and why this damnable act was carried out. Even the identities of the two bodies suspected of being the suicide bombers have not been discovered, more than a week after the attacks. So the question is, how should the law be applied to ensure justice is upheld in this country?
