THE action of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport police was totally out of proportion. Accusing them of gambling, the police arrested 10 shoeshine boys who usually work at the international airport. After being detained for a week, the boys, who are aged from 8 to 14 years old, now face trial on those charges.
