THERE are many hidden “traps” in the State Secrets Bill. Understandably, many people have become uneasy at seeing the Defense Commission of the House of Representatives (DPR) rush to enact the bill. The politicians at Senayan—home of the DPR—have set a target for the State Secrets Bill to be passed into law by the end of September.
