A REGULATION calling to account members of the House of Representatives (DPR) who do not attend sessions is now a matter of urgency. In the first half of September, less than half—not even a third—of members attended plenary sessions. In many sessions without a quorum, several bills were passed into law. Among them were bills on health, narcotics and the implementation of the government regulations on the haj pilgrimage and immigration.
