SUITCASES and black plastic bags were freely being passed around the venue of the Golkar Party National Convention two weeks ago. At first glance, there was nothing out of the ordinary. A large party like Golkar is bound to produce new ideas, and these were explained on the working papers being passed around to the delegates.
