THIS is an interconnected world. The crisis in Libya has had its impact not just on Muammar Gaddafi, but on the whole world, which is reeling in a feverish chaos. The price of crude oil continues to rise, and it is estimated that it will pass US$120 per barrel—the highest since the 2008 global crisis. Alarm bells are ringing, and people are demanding serious action from the government.
