Garuda has been ordered to pay Tommy Suharto Rp12.51 billion. The court did not ask the opinion of the Press Council.

IT seemed excessive when judge Tahsin at the South Jakarta District Court announced that Tommy Suharto had won his case over Garuda last week. The judge ordered the national airline to pay Rp12.51 billion and to apologize publicly.
