NO matter how hard the government tries to extend the electricity grid, several regions remain uncovered. There are many reasons for this situation. Nevertheless, one valuable lesson can be gained: the initiative to independently produce electrical power using local natural resources, must not be delayed.
Power stations are the key to the shortage of electricity, but there are always problems caused by costs, geography and environmental issues.
