Fatal Flight

While bowing our heads in memory of the victims, we should demand an explanation as to what caused the crash of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 last week. Flown in from Russia to promote sales, the way the flight from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta was managed seemed amateurish. One telling point was the inaccurate passenger manifest for the flight that crashed into the slopes of Mount Salak in West Java.
