The ceasefire and election have done nothing at all to stop people dying in Syria. The proof of this is that the country has remained in turmoil over the last two weeks. In the town of Rastan, Homs, rebels killed 23 government troops. Meanwhile, supported by armored vehicles, Assads troops slaughtered civilians in Hama village.
