There has been a request for an examination of the clause on the allocation of funding for the victims of the Lapindo mudflow. Now it is up to the Supreme Court.

Like the final act of a story, the lawsuit against the provision of state funds to mitigate the effects of the Lapindo mudflow is in no way a reflection of despair. The endeavor by the three individuals who have petitioned the Supreme Court shows that there is still a chance of a breakthrough after six yearswith the Bakrie family gaining from every development to date.
