THE government needs to take tough diplomatic measures if the allegations of bugging by the US National Security Agency (NSA) turn out to be true. The Australian daily newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald published a shocking account from former NSA employee Edward Snowden last week. Essentially, he states that the NSA bugged 90 communications pointsby telephone and the Internetaround the world, including Indonesia.
