THE Government Regulation in Lieu of Law on the Constitutional Court was aimed at rescuing the institution's ruined image. With this regulation, it wouldn't just be the selection of judges that would be reviewed, but the monitoring and supervision would be even tighter. The regulation which was later endorsed by the House of Representatives (DPR) last December managed to patch up the holes in the previous law on the Constitutional Court.
