Two constitutional judges were selected through an unconvincing selection process. The Constitutional Court Law should be amended.

Lamentably, the selection of the constitutional judges proceeded in a reckless and hasty fashion. Wahiduddin Adams and Aswanto were selected to replace Akil Mochtar and Harjono. Akil was fired because of his involvement in a bribery case, while Harjono retires at the end of March.
