THE parliamentary election is just days away, but it is an inescapable fact that good candidates to vote for seem to be in very short supply. This magazine's attempt to come up with a shortlist of recommended names merely confirms this lamentable situation. By various screening and selecting processes, out of some 6,000 candidates, we only managed to come up with 11 persons who can be categorized as 'good' people.
