CARVING out 100,000 hectares of land to create rice paddy fields at Ketapang, West Kalimantan, can be seen as a laughable failure. From that fantastic target, only 0.1 percent or 100 hectares of land has successfully been converted to paddy fields. The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) discovered indications of funds misused in this project. The State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry, the institution must be made accountable for this gross failure.
