Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Asman Abnur affronted common sense when he proposed to appoint Tin Zuraida as his expert staff. Rather than being on the front lines of bureaucratic reform, he has instead shattered the enthusiasm for regeneration. As the head of the ministry, Asman has not given a good example in his selection of officials.
