The Supreme Court has allowed political party committee to become members of the Regional Representatives Council.
The General Elections Commission (KPU) should continue to use the ruling from the Constitutional Court that banned executives of political parties from becoming members of the Regional Representatives Council (DPD). The Supreme Court ruling that contradicted this and that allowed people to hold both positions, should be ignored. After all, the Constitutional Court ruling was final and binding.
