THE announcement by President Joko Widodo about the appointments of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed Zayed al-Nahyan, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son, as chairman and members of the new capital advisory board seems rather hasty and arbitrary.
