THE polemic over the results of the tender for the construction of olefin production facility at Trans Pacific Petrochemical Indotama (TPPI) would not have arisen if from the outset Pertamina had followed the principles of clean corporate governance. The controversy that has appeared recently is a result of the lack of transparency in the implementation of the project tender.
