THE North Sumatra Police should not be dragging their feet over the investigation into the slavery case allegedly involving suspended Langkat Regent Terbit Rencana Perangin-Angin. The way the police have slowed down the investigation is not only an affront to the sense of justice and the victims and their families, but also damages public trust in law enforcement.
