It's hard to believe that the suspected bomber of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) building made an easy escape. Why is he so important?

The suspect JSE bomber escaped at dawn last Monday. Ibrahim Hasan, Second Corporal of the Army Strategic Reserves Command (Kostrad) dramatically ran away in the manner of a cheap TV crime series. Afflicted with an acute bellyache, he was rushed to hospital at dawn. On the way, the van had a flat tyre. While those escorting him were busy replacing the wheel, he sneaked through the door the guards had "forgotten' to shut.
