Is it true Abdurrahman Wahid intends to buy a presidential plane? If so, where is the money going to come from?

It is unfortunate that Indonesia is not the same as the United States. Moreover, President Abdurrahman Wahid cannot be compared to Bill Clinton, in that Gus Dur certainly is more adept at making jokes.
