Having no democratic legitimacy, Gibran Rakabuming Raka must withdraw his candidacy for the vice-presidency.
Gibran Rakabuming Raka has lost his legitimacy as a vice-presidential candidate. The change to Article 169 subsection (q) of the General Elections Law that allowed him to become Prabowo Subianto's running mate has formally been declared flawed.
