Indonesia is in the midst of a political and economic transition, but mistakes, such as allowing officials like I Putu Gede Ary Suta to hold two concurrent official positions, should be avoided.

Among many officials removed from key positions, only a handful got the opportunity to resume their careers in the government, and even fewer are remembered.
