Tommy Suharto has decided not to appeal. He should just ask for pardon and repent.

Having missed the deadline for his appeal, Hutomo Mandala Putra, youngest son of ex-President Suharto, is now officially a convict. The deadline for his appeal expired last week. At a press conference, Tommy, as he is familiarly known, said that it's not possible to obtain justice in this current atmosphere, and because of that he will wait until a time when "the government truly upholds the law".
