Constitutional Clowns

It seems that there is no end to members of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) disappointing the public. Meanwhile, the representatives themselves feel they have achieved something valuable. This difference in perception arises once again, this time with the MPR decree on the establishment of a Constitutional Commission to complete the constitutional amendments.
Most of the factions in the MPR feel relieved, pleased with themselves
