More than Just a Ceremony

IN any nation where there is a desire for change, the elimination of corruption becomes the noble standard in the battle to win voters' hearts. Conversely, the courage to stamp out corruption becomes the parameter used to measure whether a new government is really carrying out the mandate of the people that have entrusted it with power. This country is no exception. Or we should say it is especially true of this country.
