It all started when a cleaner called Sandi at the House of Representatives (DPR) found a traveler's check on the eighth floor of the Nusantara I building. Sandi took the check to Anshari Ritonga, the Director General of Budgets, and had absolutely no inkling of what was to follow. It all happened so fast and has now turned into a case of character assassination....
