THE illiteracy eradication program in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), which should have been completed this year, is delayed by slow financial assistance from the central and local governments. The delay is largely caused by a Rp24-billion cut in the project funds.
“The original fund taken from the State Budget was Rp40 billion, but the remainder is only Rp16 billion following the cut,” said head of the NTT Out-of-School Education
