Government Needs to Focus on Managing Poverty

CENTRAL Kalimantan Governor Agustin Teras Narang admits that the 2008 Regional Budget has not been used to the maximum in eradicating poverty in the province. “The funds allocated still cannot focus on eradicating poverty, but rather on physical development,” Teras said in Palangkaraya Sunday (9/11).
