UNTIL recently, getting clean water was a problem for most residents at Perumahan Segina Asri Gang VI on Jalan Kertapura in Denpasar, on the island of Bali. The water there is of poor quality. Clean water is available from a water company, but only a few could afford it. Most residents bought clean water by the gallon from peddlers.
