JUST imagine, it’s an underwater flag ceremony to mark independence proclamation. It’s complete with uniforms and ceremonial symbols—under the inspector of ceremony—and certainly all diving equipment. It involved a lot of domestic and foreign participants, at the same time breaking the Guinness world record of the longest dive with the largest number of divers.
