EVERY two days housewives of the Maju Bersama group, a home-based tahu (tofu) and tempe (fermented soybean cake) production business in Hu’u subdistrict in Dompu regency, gather at Turaya’s house. Together they wash, soak, and grind soybeans and sift the soybean flour. Final products are then neatly packed using a press packer.
