Makassar will host the ‘Smart Village’ program, the first in Indonesia. Makassar gained fame when it succeeded with its Makassar Green and Clean, a program on environmentally friendly villages. The Smart Village program invites villages to protect the environment and develop potentials at the same time that it implements nature conservation.
