THE sun had set. One by one the men left the wooden structure with the signboard that read Cahaya Halmahera Utara (Light of North Halmahera). In a quiet corner, a man wearing a while skullcap was looking at a notebook and piles of sacks in front of him. "I'm going over the products which will be sold tomorrow," said Mansyur Haji Amir, 66. He is the head of the Gamsungi Indah Coconut Farmers Group at Gamsungi Village, North Tobelo, North Halmahera.
