Holding his mobile phone to his left ear, Abner Latue greeted Tempo and led her to the brown couch in the living room of his house in Lembah Argo, a hamlet in Passo village, Ambon. A few minutes later, the 47-year-old pastor got off his cellphone and apologized. "My colleague just called to have lunch together," he said, explaining that the meeting was to discuss buying building materials for 220 former refugee households in Lembah Argo.
