The Indonesian Coffee Festival will be held for the first time in Ubud, Bali, this September. Indonesia's reputation as the world's third biggest coffee exporter, rides on the unique luwak coffee. It is probably the only coffee bean that must first be ingested by the local musang, or civet, before it is harvested for processing. Luwak coffee is much richer in flavor than regular coffee. It is so highly valued that a cup of luwak espresso can cost as much as US$100 a cup in some places. Liwa Luwak Fever
