Amanche Francis Oe Ninu established the Flobamora Village Community, whose members come from all over East Nusa Tenggara. The Santarang bulletin is their main media.

Rays of morning light fell upon the bookshelves at a house of worship in Kupang. Among the books was a literature bulletin called Santarang, composed of about 50 pages. Father Kristoforus Taslulu made a comment as he read it. "There are amusing short stories and poetry; it makes us always want to read it," he said, talking to Tempo last week.
