THE Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Agency (BRR) for Aceh-Nias must apparently continue to cleanse itself of corruption. Last week BRR Chairman Kuntoro Mangkusubroto and Todung Mulya Lubis, head of Transparency International Indonesia (TII), signed a memorandum of understanding in Medan, North Sumatra.
